I managed to capture the last 30 seconds of my fastest Primevil kill on Expert on my Switch, so I though I'd post the video. Here's the setup:
2 Survivalists; both have Arc Drawer, but only one has a Moss Ring (I couldn't be bothered to get more). Max level Multihit and Apollon.
1 Protector with Dragonbane and Pain Aspis. Level 5 Fire/Ice/Volt Walls and max level Smite.
1 Medic with Sage Wand. Max level Immunize and Caduceus.
1 Troubadour with Arc Drawer. Max level Bravery.
The strategy is to use a boosted Immunize on turn 1, use Fire/Ice/Volt Wall when necessary, keep Immunize active at almost all times, and use Bravery 2 turns before Primevil goes for Explosion/Frigid/Storm. If you have both Bravery and Immunize up on all your units, on the next turn Primevil is forced to use Resolve to dispel your buffs. Because on the turn after that it then has to use Explosion/Frigid/Storm, it cannot use Necrosis, which means that you can use Resolve turns as free turns. The only turns when Primevil can actually hurt you are turn 2 and 3, but thanks to the turn 1 boosted Immunize, surviving those two turns is very easy. After turn 3, Primevil will be locked into using either Resolve or Explode/Frigid/Storm until turn 14, but as you can see you can end the fight 3 whole turns before that becomes a problem.
