FireHouse - Don't Treat Me Bad (Drum Cover)

Описание к видео FireHouse - Don't Treat Me Bad (Drum Cover)

"Don't Treat Me Bad" is the debut single from the first album by FireHouse. It's painfully obvious from the title, this dude is not treated well by his lady. The video is hilarious with a beautiful vixen walking around and torching objects with her mind while the band plays on. This tune put these guys on the map. I think this whole album is excellent and the second album, Reach For The Sky is fantastic too. While known for some serious power ballads (Love of a Lifetime, When I Look Into Your Eyes), these guys know how to rock! Interesting fact: At the American Music Awards of 1992, FireHouse won the award for Favorite Heavy Metal/Hard Rock New Artist. They were chosen over Nirvana and Alice in Chains.

This is a fun song to play. I like how the drummer, Michael Foster, plays this recurring syncopated fill. The voicing with the snare and toms changes slightly each time. This tune brings me back to the day listening to this on a CD Walkman (some serious technology at the time!), haha! I hope you enjoy this little trip down memory lane and if you have been dumped, mistreated, put down...join the club...and take solace in this tune!

Seriously, I hope you like this cover. If so, you know what to do....like, subscribe and share! Until next time...

Great stuff that went into making this video:

Gretsch Renown Maple drums
DW Collector's snare
Tama Iron Cobra pedals
Paiste Cymbals
Sabian Paragon China
