The Glissandian puzzle brings back the Bejewelled game similar to the Runelocked Chest from Nazjatar. Right-click on the two runes you want to switch. Match 3 or more runes of the same colour to remove them from the board.

It's a little unclear on how you 'win' this one as I've ended the game matching 2 sets of three, matching 4 in a row or 5 but the result is inconclusive. It seems like there's some sort of internal score so just keep playing and don't try to aim for a 5 rune win.
