Fix FIFA 23 Not Saving Career Mode Saves/Personal settings, Fix FIFA 23 Not Saving Controller Settings,Fix FIFA 23 Showing two or four (2/4) controllers
Step 1) Close DS4Windows and connect the controller via Bluetooth and steam controller support
Step 2) Start the game with no controller connected and then you connect the controller via Bluetooth.
Step 3) Add EA Desktop App to Steam Library and then configure your controller and then launch EA app via Steam, keep Steam running in the background
Step 4) Make sure No Other Controller Is Connected
a) Disconnect your controller.
b) Search "Set Up USB Game Controllers"
c) Check for any additional controllers connected. If you find some other controllers detected even when you disconnect your actual controller then this is causes the issue.
d) Now Open Device Manager/ Human Interface Devices/ right click on "HID-Complaint game controller" and click on disable device.
e) Open "Set Up USB Game Controllers" again and make sure that no controllers are connected.
f) Now connect your controller and check if it's detected in "Set Up USB Game Controllers".
g) launch the game, every time you launch FIFA 23 make sure that there's no other controller detected in "Set Up USB Game Controllers" except your real controller.
Step 5) If using DS4 Windows, you may install HidHide.

FIFA23 may be picking up 2 instances of the same controller - controller in Windows Devices and the emulated controller from DS4. HideHide helps you to hide the actual controller without disabling it. Make sure 'Enable device hiding' is checked
Step 6) Use the free USBDeview program and disable connected devices that is creating conflict.
Step 7) Turn off Bluetooth and connect it via USB
