Time ago I built my own chimera 7 pro v2 and as motors I used the emax eco 2 2807 1300kv motors. I constantly flew this drone over the ocean, and the other day while I was doing some maintenance on it, I noticed that there was some oxidation on the motor’s bells and mounting bases, and even though that motors were still running well, I decided to buy the new ones and this time I went for the xing 2809 1250kv, so this way my drone is exactly the same as the bind and fly from iFlight, and therefore I can easily apply the iflight tuning preset on it via Betaflight 4.5 Preset Tab.
