Here's a small tip to score high in part 3. You can note the following steps:

Step 1: Answer the part 3 question correctly (stay on point).
Step 2: Explain why, always ask yourself "why" continuously to answer.
Step 3: Give specific examples about yourself, your friends, or the knowledge you have.
Step 4: What is the result of the above?
Step 5: Very important, you must be able to view from multiple perspectives. Then, use "HOWEVER,..."
Step 6: Summarize the issue if possible.
