Delicious, juicy (& easy) ONE POT Butter Chicken!

We love a curry at the lodge ANY NIGHT OF THE WEEK.. and while some are more authentic than others, this is just an ooey, gooey hug for your tummy, which is a lovely feeling. Hands down one of the most requested meals by Ms. Lady in fact.

Simple to make, great for lunch the following day, and fully of flavour - I tend to keep it on the less spicy side for the baby mouths I live with, but if I make this just for myself when the fam's away, we up the cayenne something fierce!
