MARTY Is Literally Just STRONGER | Paragon: The Overprime [4K]

New character Marty dropped this week and she has great aesthetics, brings a really cool new kit concept, and is really fun to play. She's tied with Gideon as the third strongest caster, which makes sense lore-wise since they have space powers. But why are Morigesh and Gadget stronger?

Marty feels overpowered but she's actually in line with the rest of the casters, it might just be the new character effect. This is more of a logical analysis so I'm going to through a lot of numbers at you.

When it comes to base damage, Marty definitely holds her own:

What makes her a problem is her ULT. It's like she has her own Mini Prime in a way that pulls enemies in when you summon it on top of them and then you can redrop it within 35 seconds of your use and it does a quick AOE knock up. Then it goes on to attack everything in sight and you can even mark a target for it with your E.

I like Marty because her kit has more utility than most, does a ton of damage with relatively low cooldowns, and it feels so effortless to drop double-digit kills with her. She has no escapes though and can be pretty squishy.
