1 tsp olive oil
10 oz turkey sausage, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp garlic, minced
3 carrots chopped
3 stalks celery chopped
1 large leeks, split, cleaned and sliced
1/2 head green cabbage, quartered and sliced
5 cups chicken stock or broth
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1 bay leaf
Bring to a boil and cook 7-10 min.
So delicious
