M/S as Mavis takes a doll out of its toy cot. M/S as she sits it on the table. M/S as Jacqueline takes perming material out of cupboard. M/S as they prepare the table and start to wash doll's hair. Various shots as they wash her hair. C/U squirting tube of shampoo on doll's hair and washing it. Various shots as they finish washing and start to dry her hair. Jacqueline takes curlers etc., out of cupboard. Various shots as they pour setting lotion into a bowl. C/U of the two girls. M/S's as they put curlers in the doll's hair. They put the doll on a chair. M/S as they take out the curlers. C/U pan along finished dolls at a tea party.
