The Phillies are snubbing one of their best players in history: Ed Delahanty.

Описание к видео The Phillies are snubbing one of their best players in history: Ed Delahanty.

Ed Delahanty was a baseball superstar of the Philadelphia Phillies in the 19th Century. A slugger, with speed who hit for average, Delahanty held most of the Phillies’ offensive records well into the 20th and 21st Centuries. Yet, while the Phillies have honored two of their legendary players with a retired “P,” the Phillies have neglected this honor to Ed Delahanty. His career and accomplishes clearly demonstrates that the Phillies are long overdue in retiring a “P” for Ed Delahanty.
