It takes six hours by train to reach Yogyakarta, Indonesia from Jakarta. It is worth every minute, to visit the city in the central part of the island of Java. There are two religious sites that are among the best in the world. Both have been singled out by the UNESCO World Heritage organization. They are Borobudur, the largest Buddhist temple on the planet and Prambanan, a significant Hindu temple location.

There is even more to see in the city, itself. Some consider Yogyakarta to be the cultural center of Indonesia. Take a look at this video and you might just agree that the city is worth a visit!
