WTAL is targeted at the all-round development of the woman. It's goal is to raise WOMEN GIANTS; who are equipped to excel in ministry, career, business, marriage, personal, socially, and in all other dimensions. Alongside awakening and bringing women to a strengthened spiritual lifestyle, WTAL provides teaching, coaching and training applicable to all facets of life towards ensuring that women are building and living well-rounded and full lives.
For too long, women have neither been welcomed to the table nor been free to speak openly. Women-related issues have also never been prioritized. The impact of generations of this paradigm has resulted in women suppressing themselves, seldom speaking up and becoming comfortable in the background resulting in the majority of women never fully realizing the fullness of their potential.
