Spice up the summer with this easy Thai Basil Pork Mince Stir Fry!
The pork is so juicy and it tastes so refreshing thanks to the hint of lime and chilli. Get ready to devour 3 portions of rice with this spicy Thai dish!

Ingredients for this recipe:
Mince pork x 700g
Green beans x 200g
Garlic x 4 cloves
Onion x 1
Lime x 1
Bird eye chillies x 2
Coriander a handful
Basil a handful

Marinate:
Soy sauce x 5 tablespoons
Sugar x 3 teaspoons
Corn starch x 3 teaspoons
Ground white pepper x 1 teaspoon

Seasoning:
Fish sauce x 2 teapsoons
Dark soy sauce x 2 teapsoons (Optional)

Mince the garlic and onion. It is even better if you have shallots, I didn't so I replaced it with onion.

Cut the chillies.

Cut the lime into quarters.

Wash the coriander and basil and remove stems.

Cut the green beans into small pieces and blanch for 3 minutes.

Marinate the pork for 15 minutes.

Turn on high heat, first stir fry the garlic, chillies and onion.

Add in the pork, continue to stir fry until most of the water has evaporated.

Add in fish sauce and dark soy sauce.

Add in greens beans, continue to cook until meat turns golden brown.

Turn off heat, add in coriander and basil leaves, add lime juice.

Stir well and serve!
