Hey guys, welcome back to my Song of the Week series where every week I choose my favorite song that I have been listening to over the past week, and explain why I like it so much, and why I think it's good.

This week we have µ-Ziq, another IDM artist that I discovered recently. I've just been really enjoying the world of IDM, and exploring all the different artists in the genre and I have to say, it's becoming one of my favorites. I just really enjoy how every song sounds very different from the other. He kind of reminded me of a mix of Aphex Twin and Autechre combined. He has those melodic elements from Aphex Twin but also uses repetition a lot, which helps makes the songs sound hypnotic. I really enjoy how he built this track, and how he added layers as the song went on and how it all came together at the end.
