Khloe, who also has a six-year-old daughter named True with Tristan, welcomed Tatum through surrogacy in July 2022. Noticing the resemblance between Tatum and Rob, Khloe jokingly asked her brother if he had ever donated sperm. She even made Tristan take three paternity tests, which he found offensive. Despite the shocking revelation, Khloe's family, particularly her mother Kris Jenner, had previously commented on Tatum's similarity to Rob on their Hulu series. In terms of Khloe's current relationship status, she discovered Tristan's infidelity and the existence of another son named Theo, whom he fathered with model Maralee Nichols, during the surrogacy process.
