PicRights is a company discussed on the Internet as a copyright troll acting on behalf of Agence France Presse or AFP. Copyright trolling is a commercial activity aimed at obtaining, often by threat, financial compensation for the use of copyrighted material

Thus, PicRights claims the copyright to claim compensation. Therefore, prosecution threats are based on the assumption that the courts will recognize the originality of the work reproduced. Check if you have the right to use the image or the one you used
Remove the disputed image if you do not have the rights
Check whether the image could be qualified as original and could benefit from copyright protection.
