Today marks a big step for me as I take a journey into the world of oil pastel portraits for the first time. I decided to recreate a Sargent's portrait painting this time.

In my studio, I've got my oil pastels ready, a blank paper waiting for me to dive in. But be real – I'm feeling jitters before starting but eager to be started 😆

But isn't that what makes it exciting? It's a bit challenging time but the possibility of surprising yourself before starting an oil pastel painting.
