The fitness and figure women were becoming more and more muscular by the late 1990s when the WPW staff met Valentina Ferrari and Monica Wilson. This video features a dynamic pairing of two women who were both born in Italy, although Monica lived in New Jersey at this time. Valentina was an IFBB Fitness Pro. WPW met her when she was competing at the 1999 Jan Tana Pro Fitness Competition. Valentina's fitness routine is also included on this video. WPW photographed and filmed Valentina on the grounds of the host hotel. She posed in five killer outfits, which included a thong bikini, a tight shorts/halter and three other great looking dresses. According to Valentina, she told the WPW staff that this was the first photoshoot work she had ever done. Standing 5'3" tall and weighing 135 pounds, Valentina carried a lot of muscle mass on her physique and size for a fitness competitor. Valentina's footage runs about 80 minutes.

Monica's session on this video runs for 70 minutes and includes her posing in several outfits also. She was also in contest shape as WPW filmed her the day after the 1999 Women's Strength Extravaganza Contest, where she competed in the amateur fitness event. Standing 5'4" tall and weighing 130 pounds, Monica had a lush physique with good size and definition and topped off by great looking hair and facial beauty.
