Coilquip mechanical and hydraulic coiltipper and upenders provides an easy and efficient way to upend metal coils, molds, dies and other heavy and bulky loads.
1.The Upender adopts automatic hydraulic system to take the coil to coil car, it is easy and safe way to transition from a horizontal to vertical (and back) orientation to load coil on the mandrel or cradle uncoiler. It is also powered from the hydraulic decoiler and controlled by coil loading car.
1)Skidded Coil is Loaded onto Horizontal Platform
2)The Platform is Rotated 90 degrees vertically onto loading car
Coil is Raised and Lowered to fed into the decoiler mandrel, align with decoiler mandrel (Skid is Removed)
