No, life is not a mirror! I guess this is one of those Anja rants.

To be honest I am more than tired with these over simplified spiritual beliefs, that basically give all the responsibility for one’s suffering to the individual.

In my opinion it fosters a kind of arrogance towards others and entails the danger of not being empathetic anymore.

I have a huge problem when someone bases their coaching on the idea that the client should is at cause for everything occurring in their life!

Really…

At the end of the day, most people are just scared acknowledging that there are many things in this life, which neither can be explained nor understood. Being with not knowing is definitely the road less traveled.

If a teacher, coach etc claims to know it all, run as fast as you can!
