The BEST Dehydrator! Nesco Professional Food and Jerky Dehydrator

This is a quick review of the Nesco Professional Food and Jerky Dehydrator. This has been my favorite dehydrator I have ever used. With the extra bonuses like the screen for herbs and fruit leather trays and important features like the temperature control, I think it is worth the extra money over a still air dehydrator. Its a good addition to any one wanting more self sufficiency and needs to preserve their harvest.
