Ingredients...

2 beef paya
250 gm oil
250 gm onion
3 tbsp full coriander powder
2 tbsp full turmeric powder
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp red chilli powder
10 gm green cardamom powder
10 gm mace powder
1 tbsp nihari masala( lazzat e taam,potli nihari masala)
1 tbsp garam masala (Everest)
2-3 drops of mitha itr
few chopped coriander leaves
and few green chillies chopped


while boiling...

( 4 cloves,4 green cardamom,half TSP red chilli powder,1 tbsp salt,1 tbsp oil and 1 litre of water)
