This is a short Pilates workout using the small Pilates ball as a prop to help find great range of movement and control. Some previous experience of Pilates is needed to take this class. Please listen to your bodies and enjoy. You can always do the exercises without the ball if you prefer and if you do not have an Overball, you can use a rolled up bath towel for the spinal extension. I just love a class using these small props - I hope you do too!
