In this episode we explored Munsiyari, a must visit place in Kumaon trip. It is in Pithoragarh district of Kumaon division. After exploring Kausani we headed over towards this magical place. After covering the local places in Kausani, we moved towards Baijnath, then Bageshwar , then reached Munsiyari.
Distance from Kausani to Baijnath Group of Temples : 17 km
Distance Baijnath Group of Temples to Baghnath Temple, Bageshwar: 21 km
Distance Baghnath Temple, Bageshwar to Munsiyari :128 km

You booked premium room with balcony and one can enjoy the different colours of Panchachulli peak just at staying at room.
On the next day after breathtaking Sunrise and delicious breakfast, we covered the following places:
Munsyari Hilltop View Point and Helipad, Nanda Devi Temple, Darkot – Weaver’s Village, Kalamuni Temple
If time permits you can do the following day treks from Munsyari:
Khalia Top Trek (12 kms total – takes around whole day)
Thamri Kund Trek ( 6 kms total – takes 2-3 hours)
We must recommend to enjoy the sunset from Munsyari, when the Panchachulli peaks turn fire like red.
On the next day we visited Birthi falls, at a distance of around 33 km from Munsyari. It is better to visit this place either while entering or while leaving Munsyari.
After visiting Birthi we moved towards Patal Bhubaneshwar, which will be shown in next episode,
