Whenever I make this BEEF CURRY recipe I go into nostalgia. I remember my Mom used to make this red beef curry and the whole house used to have this Aroma, which used to make my Sunday special. At least twice a month, especially on a Sunda, I try making this recipe. This recipe has its place always. BEEF CURRY

500gms beef
Salt as per taste
1” inch ginger
Dry coconut
1 big onion
1” cinnamon stick
2 cloves
5 peppercorns
½ tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 medium size tomato
3 garlic cloves
1” ginger
2- 3 tbsp oil
1 clove
1" cinnamon stick
bay leaves
1 black cardamom
1-star anis
3 peppercorns
2 medium size potato
