As we fully embrace the potential of 5G and 6G, it’s crucial to rethink how we manage operational complexity in telecom networks.

In this video, I share my vision on the benefits of decoupling 5G and 6G workloads from the cloud-native platform, pushing most functionalities from the user space (5G and 6G workloads) into the platform. This includes removing the need for sidecars in service meshes—which add massive overhead to each pod—and instead leveraging eBPF to move this capability down into the kernel.
