The project aims to expand the boundaries and broaden the modern vision of the interaction between architecture and landscape, where the main characters are two elements in a relationship of opposites.
In the project, we saw the possibility of articulating other aspects of the relationship between the territory and architecture, breaking this dichotomy and integrating the proposal as a new landscape in its place of establishment, a device which evokes other interpretations, an observatory where visitors change their understanding of this specific environment of the city of Marrakech.

The main strategy of the project is to integrate three dimensions of natural origin: geography, landscape and ecology through three layers of architecture: form, matter and space. First of all, in relation to the geographic dimension of this place, we create different volumes, positioned one next to the other and characterized by the presence of green roofs so as to form an integral part of the landscape.
