Lion Rock Hike: from Wong Tai Sin and back

If there's one hike you must do in Hong Kong, it's the Lion Rock hike. It's the most distinctive mountain in Kowloon with an almost 360-degree panorama of Kowloon Peninsula all the way to Hong Kong Island and north towards Shatin as well. It's a popular sunset spot and great for night hikes - and here's my favourite way to hike it.

1:19 - Start of the Lion Rock hike (from Shatin Pass Road)
2:30 - Garter Pass up to Lion Rock
3:19 - Lion Rock Tail
3:36 - Lion Rock photo spot
4:28 - Going down from Lion Rock Head
4:37 - Wind Rain Pavilion (last stretch down)
