Martin talks to us about the role of Professional Nurse Advocates (PNAs) in improving patient safety through restorative clinical supervision for nurses. He also talks about the need to recognise the close relationship between staff safety and patient safety, and the impact that long waiting lists and limited NHS capacity are currently having.
