No is a Complete Sentence

A quick talk about something that came up on my Embrace Your Weird Podcast recently: you can say no to something, without justifying yourself. It might be about socializing, a favor, or a boundary that they want to cross. It might be with a loved one or friend or stranger. They might get mad, and they are allowed to do that - and you are allowed to not care.
No is a complete sentence.
You don't need to justify your boundaries. It's one of the perks of adulthood.
So get out there (or stay in) and say no!
