This song wrote by Kelly Clarkson and is based on her true story. She wrote this song to reflect her pain when her parents divorced when she was 6.
This song expresses the emotional distress of a little girl that caused by her parents' divorce. Her parents were busy fighting and arguing. She became insecure and scared to fall in love, fear to go through the pain that her parents experienced. Her fear remains in her even when she grew up. In this MV, she experienced the same mistake as her parents did. At the beginning of the MV, she was arguing with her husband. She recalled her parents' arguments when she was young, which caused her emotional distress. She doesn't want to let her daughter experiences the same pain. At the end of the MV, she took the family photo that almost thrown by her husband, and hugged him. They saw their daughter that hid behind the door. They walked towards her, and 3 of them hugged together happily. This song tells the pain in children that resulted from the arguments of parents. It also reminds parents to take care of their children's feelings when they are in the middle of arguments. No matter what, children are innocent and should not be the victims of their relationship.
