Peugeot RCZ 2014 review - Car Keys

We've tested the sharp-looking sports coupe from Peugeot, the RCZ, intended to rival the ubiquitous Audi TT.

The top of the range GT model, tested in the video, gets 19-inch alloys and there's lot of personalisation options, including matt black roof arches.

Aside from the new RCZ R, this THP 200 is the fastest in the range. That means a 1.6-litre turbocharged petrol engine with 200 bhp hits 62mph in 7.6 seconds with a top speed of 146mph.

Despite being a sports car, inside the cabin is comfortable for a daily driver. This low-slung seat adds to the sporty appeal, while you'll never need to over reach to the controls for infotainment or air con.

The RCZ is a genuine competitor to the incredibly successful Audi TT, as well as other players like the Volkswagen Scirocco and Nissan 370Z Nismo.
