Location: Chapter 5 - Checkpoint 14
A great opportunity to get this is during the boat ride at the end of chapter 5. Shortly after shooting a grenade during a slow motion sequence (cannot be missed), you will come to a platform where lots of enemies are attacking you. Leave some enemies alive before you reach this point. Otherwise you won't have 10 targets to kill. Activate bullet time as soon as the enemies get on the platform. You have to shoot 10 enemies during one single bullet time!
You might want to set the difficulty down to easy. Your boat could explode otherwise. You can also activate the hard lock targeting to aim on enemies quicker.
Restart the last checkpoint if you fail (or go back to chapter select and replay the sequence there).
