Welcome to the Arc Summit 2022 — a one-of-a-kind event designed to unite Newmarket’s most innovative minds and visionary leaders to share, connect, and spark new ideas. But this wasn’t your typical conference…

Our team was proud to be entrusted with bringing this ambitious and meaningful concept to life. Rather than opting for a traditional venue, we worked alongside our visionary client to reimagine the entire experience — creating a multi-venue event using local restaurants, event spaces, and the historic Old Town Hall.

✔️ Breakout sessions were hosted off-site at local venues
✔️ Lunch was served right in those same community spaces
✔️ Attendees walked from session to session, engaging with both content and the local businesses that make Newmarket unique

This approach not only encouraged deeper engagement among attendees — it directly supported local restaurants and spaces, building community in every sense of the word.
