Ingredients:
Curd - 1 Cup
Salt & Pepper - to Taste
Turmeric Pwd - 1/4th Tsp
Red Chilly Pwd - 1/2 Tsp
Ghee - 1 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp
Green Chilly - 1 no
Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig
Coriander Leaves - 1 Tbsp
Bread - 5 Slices
Onion & Coriander - Garnish

Process :
Start by whisking curd along with red chilly pwd, turmeric pwd, salt & pepper to taste
Prepare a tadka by heating some ghee in a saucepan - add in some mustard seeds, green chilly & curry leaves
Add prepared tadka to the dahi along with some chopped coriander & give it a mix
Dip the bread in the curd mix & pan fry until golden brown & crisp on both sides
Serve hot, garnish with sliced onions & coriander leaves & Enjoy 🍞♥️
