Let’s see how to prepare samples in pressure jet cleaning extraction method by our technical cleanliness cabinets.
Place a pore size 5um diameter 47mm filter membrane in the filter holder of the technical cleaning cabinet.
Open the door, put the workpiece to be inspected into the cleaning chamber (for pressure jet cleaning), and close the door.
Select the required cleaning time and cleaning pressure according to the flushing technical specification.
Now we perform pressure jet cleaning on the surface of the workpiece according to VDA19 and ISO16232. Then the tiny particles remaining on the workpiece surface were collected on the filter membrane.
At the same time, cleaning pressure, cleaning time, cleaning liquid volume can be adjusted according to customer’s requirements.
After cleaning, remove the filter membrane from the filter holder.
The filter membrane was dried in a drying oven, and then cooled to room temperature for 30 minutes. In this way, the technical cleanliness sample is done.
After the samples prepared done, you can weight the filter membrane sample or scan the filter membrane sample by microscope for image analysis.
