Jaws of Darkness is a different Temple Ruins, one that's somehow located underwater. Thanks to getting the Blue Gem in Toxic Waste, I can get all of the crates in this stage.

This stage has a Tawna bonus and the second and last Cortex bonus. One of the Cortex bonus is in a crate next to a TNT crate. The ones where a blue cobra is in front of. Try killing that cobra without knocking it back towards that set of crates, or the TNT will go off and the Cortex token will be gone.
