The Future of American Road Racing | CMRA Expert Series: Hayden Bicknese | MotoAmerica Bound

Описание к видео The Future of American Road Racing | CMRA Expert Series: Hayden Bicknese | MotoAmerica Bound

Fun fact - Hayden's name and number are a nod to the late, great Nicky Hayden. Also, Hayden was born in 2006... the same year Nicky Hayden won the world championship.

Believe it or not, Hayden started racing motorcycles 8 months ago... Let that sink in. 8 months ago.

I had the pleasure of hanging out with Hayden and his family at the last round of the CMRA Championship... and was dumbfounded to learn that this was his first year racing and his first year truly riding a motorcycle. When Hayden showed up to the paddock in February of 2020, everyone thought that he grew up on a motorcycle... had been racing for YEARS... and just now decided to make his way to the CMRA. That's not the case. Hayden's parents bought him an R3 in August of 2019, so that he could spin laps with his dad. After a few hours, Hayden was lapping his dad... So... to the races they went.

Hayden plans on taking his talents to MotoAmerica in 2021.

Huge thank you to Randy, Diane, and Hayden for entertaining this idea and letting me film throughout the weekend.
