A UTRON is spun at 90,000 RPM and introduced to a magnetic field, which presents a breaking force on the UTRON causing a reduction in RPMs. Nothing anomalous was observed during this test. In order for the UTRONic effect to take place, other conditions not present in this experiment must be present.
