GOING BACK HOME TO THE PHILIPPINES EP05: Visiting My Mom’s Side in Porac

Me and my brother went to family on our mom's side in Porac, Pampanga! We spent most of the time just being with them especially with my cousins, nieces, and nephews. Their Fiesta was coming up so they had a Perya (carnival) nearby so we would go and play some games like Bingo! I was also able to try their Gin, that is literally 80 proof, and I got the full experience (I threw up and had the worst hangover) but it was so good.

I've always loved visiting in Porac when I was a kid and seeing all my cousins, nieces, and nephews all grown up and then meeting some of the kids for the first time as well was so nice. Getting to hear them call me Ate/Tita in person melts my heart.
