This is B-Clopd 3D, successor of B-Clopd, awarded with the second price at Breakpoint 2004.

The complete game has been squeezed down to a single executable with 96 kilobytes in total. This includes the whole 3D-World, Textures, Music as well as Sound Effects. If you want to play it yourself go here:
