It is September 2015 and the Futran system is up and running and ready for commercial deployment! The Futran System development team (Milotek, Imperial Holdings, RedPro) have met and exceeded our own, very optimistic expectations of creating the worlds' first automated, suspended, bulk commodities fractional rapid transit system and we are now ready to deploy our first commercial systems at client sites. Early in 2016 the first Futran systems will go live within the mining industry and the Futran System will become the new low cost, high availability, green alternative to trucks, trains, busses and conveyor belts, lowering the overall cost of mining by between 5% and 35%.
The test version of the Nutran (the moving stock) you see running in this video is but a single example of the wide range of automated vehicles that the Futran system will enable in future.
The over populated and consumer orientated world that our generation have created has become incredibly reliant on the easy, fast and low cost movement of people and goods across vast spaces and land areas but the transit systems our forefathers gave us and that we keep on supporting and developing goes bang against the whole concept of low cost and easy. It is time for the next generation of transportation systems to take to the skies, and it is the intention of the Futran development team that the Futran System will lead this new field of transportation for many, many years to come.
