How to Drive in the Salt Range | Bhera | Kallar Kahar | Motorway M2 |

In this video, you can see the driving style and learn how to drive on the motorways. At the motorway M2, we have 3 lanes on each side. If you are driving a big vehicle like a bus or truck then you should drive on the left 1st lane which is dedicated to heavy vehicles speeding up to 110km per hour. You can drive up to 110km and during the overtaking, you will use the center lane but not go for long, just overtake and come back in the 1st lane. Heavy vehicles are also called "HTV" in Pakistan.

Similarly, small vehicles like cars and SUVs will drive in the center lane up to a maximum speed of 120km per hour while during the overtaking small vehicles will use 3rd right lane for overtaking and immediately come back into the center lane. Small vehicles are also called LTVs in Pakistan.

HTVs can't come in the 3rd lane and LTVs are not allowed to continually run in the 3rd lane. In the Slat Range, speed limits are very low for both LTVs & HTVs. The highest point of the Salt Range is 814 meters above sea level which you can observe in the live altitude graph.
