This move is one of my favourites and it is a slightly intermediate move as it’s tricky to get in to.

You need to be able to invert from the air ideally (for height) the silks are in the middle of the legs which makes the wrap and grip harder to manage than a traditional catcher / same side hook.

When your bottom leg swoops behind the tail you need to make sure you don’t lose height - keep your hips up as you hiplock to the other side.

Then squeeze your legs together to stop you slipping down before you wrap the bottom leg three times.

If you’re not familiar with this move, always practise from the floor first especially the entry and work on maintaining height before going up in the silks.
