When it comes to the week before a bodybuilding competition, your body is usually in a state of depletion as you've been trying to lose as much body fat as possible.

So although you'll look your leanest, majority of the time, you'll look the smallest.

The goal of the peak week is to fill out your muscles as much as possble so that you can look as big as you can while maintaining as much definition as you can.

However, peak week can be extremely difficult as there are a lot of approaches to it, and if you have too much carbs, then you also run the risk of not looking as lean.

So this is everything I ate during my peak week leading up to my bodybuilding competition 🥣
