This is a question I would ask my self all the time before I became a Mom. Some excuses that come to mind are: "we aren't financially stable yet," "we can barely take care of ourselves," "my career is just getting started", "let's wait until I book a series regular role," "My agents are gonna drop me," "I won't be able to give my kid the attention it deserves," "I'm not interested in being a stay at home mom."

And that's exactly what they were--EXCUSES!!! And let me tell you, being a parent made me my BEST self. I have MUCH less time--less time to prepare, less time to audition, less time to work and less time LOAF. But with that little time, I get so much more done and I'm more productive than I ever was when I had 0 kids. It took a lot of adjustments at first, but then I found my rhythm. And my kids have given me so much purpose to keep going. If you are struggling with the idea of being a parent and an actor, or you are a parent who wants to become an actor...This video is for you.
