Intro to Layers & Masks in Photoshop Elements

Learn to use Layers & Masks in Photoshop Elements.
You will learn how to duplicate layers and how to add masks to the layers. See also how to paint effects on and off using masks. The video covers three techniques - one spot color effect where you create a black and white photo with some elements still in color. The second effect is one that lets you replace a sky in a photo and the third is merging two images together using masks.

In each of these techniques you will learn to use a mask for a practical purpose that you can put to use in your own photos. The techniques are simple enough for you to do even if you are a beginner user.

You will learn how to crop a photo, how to copy layers between photos and how to add masks and use them to create blended effects.
