This was a little tricky to get installed, but once it is, it completely changes the look of your F150's front end. Without this Plastic Bumper Insert, it almost looked like they forgot to install something from factory. The hole is there for an engine block heater, so if you don't need that than I would recommend installing this. Its better to have this covered, as you could have something off the road fly into the holes. It can also probably help with aerodynamics and I would think cause less noise by blocking air coming into the open bumper.
