Ask for the verbal contract recording, wanting to hear where the rep explained the terms & conditions (that are on the paper contract they send you after) This will not exists, therefore, tell Yellow Pages to go Fuck them selfs.

How Yellow Page violated my private information. Do you really want to use a company who does this?

Yellow Pages gave the wrong address to the debt collector, the on that I corrected!!

Research The Statute Of Frauds, Contracts over $500 have to be in writing and are Not term binding
Yellow Pages is working against this and Yellow Pages is taking advantage of Small Businesses and there lack of Businesses & Legal Knowledge

As an ex Yellow Pages employees, the comments made on this video was correct. This is coming from the Canadian Yellow Pages and I can say that small business owners were getting ripped off for their advertising program. Client were forced to sign up for a 12 month contract. 35% of their advertising cost would directly to the Sales Rep pay-cheque as a commission. Another 25% were allocated to production and administrative cost. Another 25% was a management fee so 35%+25%+25%=85%. Only 15% was spent toward the clients advertising program. The only benefit of using Yellow Pages advertising was the brand name and that your business can be creditable in the Yellow Pages. My advice is that its better to use spend your marketing dollars towards a certified SEO company and that is partnered with Google.
